Privacy policy, written to be read, not skimmed past.

This policy explains what personal data Sandstone&co collects, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. We are an interior design studio based at Fredrikinkatu 34, 00100 Helsinki, Finland, and we are the controller of the data described here.

What we collect

• Enquiries: your name, email, phone number and anything you tell us about your project when you write to us or use the contact form.
• Clients: addresses, floor plans, photos of your home and billing details we need to carry out and invoice a project.
• Website visits: basic, anonymous statistics such as pages viewed and the country you visit from.

Why we use it

We use your data to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, run projects and send invoices. We rely on your consent for enquiries, on our contract with you for project work and on our legal obligations for accounting records.

Who we share it with

Only with the people who need it to deliver your project, such as builders, joiners and suppliers, and with our accountant. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Project and billing records are kept for six years, as Finnish accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to privacy@sandstoneandco.test and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
