How it works
Most of our work is in buildings older than we are. We start by deciding what stays: floors, doors, windows, mouldings. Then we plan the new parts around them so the result feels like it was always there.

Fees
We work on a fixed fee agreed after the first site visit, so you know the cost of our time before we start. Furniture, materials and builders are paid at cost, with every invoice shared with you.
