How it works
You hand us the keys to an empty or tired home and we bring it back finished. We plan the rooms, draw the joinery and lighting, choose every material and piece of furniture, and run the site until the day you move in.

Fees
We work on a fixed fee agreed after the first site visit, so you know the cost of our time before we start. Furniture, materials and builders are paid at cost, with every invoice shared with you.
